Mission
Reach Out Community Center (ROCC) is a non-profit organization which will work with youth ages 7-17 years on Chicago's West Side. In a safe, enriching environment, Reach Out will strive to help these young people reach their fullest potential through a variety of educational and life-enriching skill based programs centered around education, recreational activities and culture. It is the goal of Reach Out to provide programming to assist these young people better define and accomplish their educational and personal goals while leaving a positive imprint on the Community.
